Ok für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Das Zimmer war schön, aber im Erdgeschoss war es nachts bei nicht geöffneten Fenstern (Schiebetür) recht drückend. Der Pool sah gut aus, wurde von uns nicht genutzt.

Das Frühstück war einfach und man musste sich selbst die Eier selbst zubereiten. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, aber extrem gestresst und gehetzt. Zu wenig Mitarbeitende?

Young staff team were very accommodating, courteous and made for a pleasant stay. Food menu good, well this is France

Do not recommend staying here.

The chalet rooms and bathrooms were large. The breakfast selection was good. There was one staff member called Leo who was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The rooms were dirty, carpets not hoovered, stones all over the floor. There is no cups in the rooms only paper cups. The house keeping never refilled water or coffee and when asked for it there was difficulty obtaining it. The female staff member on reception with glasses was insanely rude. She screamed at me in French and hung up the phone. The resort in general looks nothing like the pictures. Friends staying in another room got locked in their bathroom as lock as faulty and cut their arm off a jagged mirror. Room service is only twice a day at odd times. No reception at night so if checking in late it’s difficult. Impossible to get taxis from the resort. Honestly it’s not a 4 star hotel. It’s over priced for what it is. See pictures of the dirty and cobwebs by the bed and also the stones that were all over the bathroom floor. Disgusting.

2 nights stay, wish it could have been longer.

We liked the friendly staff, it was really clean, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was well presented and offered a variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and they even had gluten-free options. I particularly enjoyed cooking my own eggs in the morning in those cute little pans. The pool area was spacious, clean and there were always loungers available. The pool was spacious again and at an optimum temperature.

We cannot think of anything we didn't like.

An ok 3 star but definitely not a 4 star hotel

Location and swimming pool

Room was not ready on time and was badly cleaned. Zero vanity accessories apart from wall mounted soap.

Swimming pool was great

No change of bedding or towels during 7 day stay and dust and ants in room .4 the 4 star hotel expected better facilities with choice of toiletries, very old and broken hair dryer no towel drying either. Very small choice of the breakfast, very basic, zero entertainment .

Splendid hotel in the green Provence

The property is situated in a very scenic forrested area. I usually choose based on the rating and I read the worst reviews to see what the nutters didn't like. I think that people who wrote bad reviews for this hotel are really unfair and revengeful. This is a good hotel with nice motivated staff and the have a great kitchen.

Nice hotel in a middle of a golf.

Calm in the middle of a golf. Big bathroom. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice. They have a spa section with a lot of options.

Renovated but room lacked a bit of charm. Room was not bright enough.

Travelled as part of a large group for a wedding, considering the money spent we were treated dreadfully we arrive later than the rest of the party and were declined to be served a bottle of water when returning. Items were stollen from rooms also and food very hit and miss

Beautiful views

Stay here because we were attending a wedding locally, so location was ideal. Overall beautiful setting and surroundings, with beautiful views everywhere

The bed was very hard and we woke a bit sore. Bathroom could do with better lighting so can do my make-up better.

Overcharged prices for nothing they steel me 240 euro they charged the breakfast 42 euro per person they should be happy that I was in a rush to catch the plane Ants everywhere whe changed room one time and in the me one also had ants this is unacceptable for a 4 star hôtel. I will never recommend it to nobody
