Location and reasonable breakfast.
Parking is confusing, there is no space to park and register so you end up either parking illegally to go inside and talk to someone to find out where to park, they need to instruct better.

Amazing room with beautiful facilities and giant bath! Comfortable bed, cool room hugely appreciated in hot weather. Lovely welcome and keen to help with disabilities. Handy for local sightseeing and public transport. Hugely recommended and great value. Delicious breakfast choices.
Sofa slightly worn

Location is very nice to explore the city center.
We got the room 101 and there was a permanent sound, either from heating system, or ventilation, or from water somewhere upstairs.
It was barely hearable during the day. But in the night it drives you crazy!
