Super leuke locatie in El Born, aan een pleintje met de typische vibe , met terrasjes, soms een artisanaal marktje, ook 's avonds leuk rumoer. Appartement op 3de verdieping keek uit op het plein met een palmboom voor het raam wat meteen een vakantie-sfeer gaf.

Bed was ok, slaapbanken waren in een kille stof en niet echt zacht. De badkamer ziet er leuk uit maar mist praktische zaken zoals een bankje om je gerief op te plaatsen. De badkamer mag ook even vernieuwd worden (voor de prijs die je voor het appartement betaalt): silicone is niet meer proper, wat afbladderende verf of vuil op plafond.... Je ziet dat de badkamer ooit perfect was maar nu moet het dringend eens opnieuw opgefrist worden. Je moet ook wat geluk hebben met andere gasten in het gebouw. Wij hadden 2 nachten bovenburen die rond 2 - 3 uur 's nachts thuiskwamen en dan veel lawaai maakten wat makkelijk door de muren en het plafond kwam.

The location of the apartment was truly great. It was all clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay.

Even though the stay itself was good we were asked to pay a deposit of 350 euro that would be returned after the stay. Nothing wrong with that however the deposit was never returned. It’s now been over 2 weeks since the end of the stay and I still haven’t received my money back! 350 euro is not a small sum of money to me. That is not ok!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city center, and there is everything around it, the bus, metro, restaurants, and markets, and close to most of Barcelona's beaches. Note that the hotel is located in the middle of the popular lanes, as you live in the eighteenth century. Everything old is around you, and this is what we were looking for. Place was better than expected. Apartment was in pretty good condition, very clean, had a kitchen if you wanted to prepare food. I checked in after hours, so I got access through port code on my email, and got the keys in some security box in the building. The hotel returned my deposit fee in just few days after my checkout. Pretty good experience.
