The hotel is comfortable and well located. The living area was large, light and a nice area to share as a family. It was clean and had good storage. We enjoyed our stay overall. Our expectations for ski accommodation are generally fairly low considering the cost and this rated well compared to some other places we have tried.
The children’s bunks were in a very small room (cave area) that was barely wide enough to walk beside the bunks and had no window and poor ventilation. It was so hot in the room that our daughter could not sleep on the top bunk and spent the week on the lounge sofa. This was manageable but not the arrangement we expected. The bathroom was also ok - definitely clean - but was ready for a refit: old, cracked tiles in places and the sauna is unnecessary (space would be much better used to increase the size of the bunk area).

Great location. Right next to bus and train.
Patisserie near by for fresh breakfast.
Kitchen facilities good.
Pool was closed.
The ceiling was low and my husband kept banging his head.
