Location, nice flat, comfort, small balcony overlooking a quiet garden. All very well kept.
Perhaps where the bathroom was situated (through the living room instead of next to the bedroom).

The location is great and the bed was so big and comfortable.
The apartment wasn't ready for check in and was still being cleaned when we arrived. The heating in the living room didnt work and it was very cold, and the radio had a European plug which sparked when you plugged it in and didn't always turn on. The fuse blew in the kitchen so none of the appliances were usable and we couldn't get through to the concierge until the following day so we had to order food rather than cook it as planned. The apartment has a lot of noise from the other apartments but not much noise from the street.
