Basic necessities covered for one night

Great location and discounted parking nearby, plenty of bars around

Shower was unfortunately not working properly - temperatures constantly fluctuated dramatically and pressure was virtually inexistent most of the time. The toilet area in the bathroom is very small

Lovely comfortable hotel with lovely staff but don’t stay if your not able to go up stairs easily

Very nice staff, comfortable bed, Netflix in room and very clean

A little bit of noise from next door bar but to be expected anywhere close to a bar also a lot of stairs

In a great area ,cool hotel

It was a Nice , cool place to stay ,you keep fit with the stairs up and down, bar s in the hotel and a restaurant also a tv in the room ,the bed was spotless and the bathroom also ,we found the ear plugs in the room yee saved us ,thanks that was a great idea ,fab place to stay will visit again soon

the brighness in the room in the morning ,i forgot our eye masks for us ,not for older people with all the stairs

Great value hotel in the heart of Dublin

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and the place was nicely designed

Shutting the blinds and shutters cut out the light but made the room hot. The air conditioning unit stopped the shutters closing so you had to choose between light or air.

Great hotel in the heart of Dublin

Lovely hotel with an excellent location. The staff was super accommodating. The included breakfast was great.

It really is super loud in the rooms from the night club downstairs but they do supply ear plugs. We weren’t really bothered by it since the hotel made in clear from start that it’s a loud place.

Highly recommend stay especially with Breakfast

Highly recommend the breakfast, had an omelette and the Spanish breakfast. Had a aircon unit in the room which was also greatly appreciated. They let me drop my suitcase off early before check-in.

No issues, very happy with location and amenities. Have to be able to use stairs 2 flights to reception and only 1 to first floor rooms.

Gorgeous little pub, great find in the heart of Dublin!

We stayed at Kelly's for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect - in the heart of everything with great pubs, markets, etc all around. We loved the quaintness of Kelly's and its restaurant and pub "With No Name." When we arrived Lara was so welcoming and even upgraded our room which was so nice! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Kelly's. We were so well looked after. Staff were happy to book cabs and find out about tickets, tours etc for us. The room was super clean, crisp white sheets and towels and had everything we needed for our stay. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day for us so after a big day of touring we'd come back to a lovely room again. Breakfast in the restaurant down stairs was fantastic - absolutely huge and a great variety and again the staff were just lovely. We will definitely stay here again when we come back in future. We loved that we could walk everywhere and that there was great coffee right across the road, a laundry two doors down and an amazing market and supermarket a couple of doors away! What a find! A huge thanks to Tara and the staff at Kelly's for making our trip so great. We will definitely be back!

Good

The location was excellent. Close to Temple Bar, Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small. With two suitcases open, there was barely room to stand.

Dublin was a fun place to be.

Difficult to get transportation to from airport without a taxi.

Central location , comfortable room, clean facilities, lovely relaxing foyer/bar area, very friendly and helpful staff

On Saturday morning around 5am to 6am there was a lot of noise outside on the street as beer kegs were being unloaded. This is not the fault of the hotel but it was difficult to get a good sleep in this room overlooking George's Street. On the plus side, there was none of this outside noise on Sunday morning.

Exceptional in a great location

Absolutely amazing place, staff friendly & location is exceptional. Staff could not do enough for us & had a little cheeky upgrade too. Cannot wait to come back!

The bathroom in apartment 1 is definitely weird with the glass and no privacy. And the noise is bad as other have stated. But if you know that going in, it’s a charming spot in the best location.

Room #7 was nice quite and hotel was great staff were very friendly.

The location was close to all major attractions.

Location was fantastic

Room was very small and had no airflow with the afternoon sun blearing in it was ridiculous hot and uncomfortable. Plus we were required to carry bags up around 6 to 8 flights of stairs.

My stay was wonderful.

First impressions are important to me and the staff at Kelly's Hotel were exceptional. One of the lovely staff even helped me carry my bags up the stairs. The room was large, airy, clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and was one of the best nights sleep I had whilst traveling around Europe. The location is brilliant with easy access to all the local bars, cafes, shops, restaurants & attractions. AND the breakfast downstairs was EXCELLENT!!! Once again the staff in the restaurant were so accommodating & had fantastic customer service. Attached to the hotel is several bars & lounge areas which I believe can be quite the happening place when it is open...We were there Mon-Wed night so didn't experience any of that as it wasn't open. Overall a well deserved 10/10. We had a fantastic stay.

If im to be really picky the light outside in the alcove between the 2 rooms is left on over night and it shines directly into the bedroom. I used a towel to cover the door so the light didn't enter the room.

Passable

Location was fantastic.

The first room we stayed in was clean but we tried to lower the blinds and the whole blinds came off the window and fell to the floor. The second room they moved us to that they said was an upgrade had a slightly larger bed but the duvet had small bloodstains on it. It is also right on top of a bar and the building is old with thin walls. It was very loud. We had a lot of trouble finding an appropriate place to park our car as well. I don't think we would stay here again.

Great hotel for a city stay

Fabulous location. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed on two rwice, our first room was very small. On the second occasion the room was much more spacious. There are a lot of stairs but in fairness this is outlines.

The location and the fantastic breakfast, the restaurant is beautiful

The room was quite basic and you could hear the neighbour's tv. No double glazing, very noisy and busy road... So difficult to sleep

Welcoming cozy hotel with perfect staff and ideal location

Ideal location, with wonderful breakfast offerings downstairs. Room was big and bathroom adequate. Bed was comfy and TV and other amenities nicely positioned in the room. View down the main road was great, you really feel in the middle of the action in the city.

The bathroom tub is a bit dated and hot water didn't work on the last day, the locks are a bit old fashioned and could be updated (only door to room). Windows are a bit thin as noise makes it through, luckily I am a deep sleeper and this didn't bother me at all.
