Arredamento moderno, pulizia . Vista mare. Impianti moderni funzionanti.

Hotel met our room request and reserved parking for €25/night. We were given a clean AC room on the highest floor with village and seaview, and a lovely balcony to enjoy drinks from. Hotel is easy to access from the village ZTL entrance (Call the number on the signboard to let you in.) Minutes walk to the centre of the village and the train station via lifts. Patient and helpful staff who went out of their way to meet our needs. Great buffet breakfast spread which you can enjoy at the lobby indoor area or take up to the open terrace - we loved the fresh coffee, caprese and choc croissant! Thanks for the lovely start to our Italian summer roadtrip. We hope to be back again.
Nothing, though if we stay again in summer, we might just settle for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor after long days of hiking up steps - suspect the views would be just as good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were really thankful we got to use their showers even after we checked out in the morning as we had been hiking.
The room was disappointing for the price. We weren’t staying in the main building so the pictures online were deceiving. Our toilet was leaking water and the bathroom smelled like vomit

It was fairly clean however
We were not advised we would be in a different location and there were no towels when we got to the room. For the price it was not good value and the rooms and hotel have not been kept well.

Very quiet - away from busy area. Fairly easy to get to from the Riomaggoire train station with 2 lifts and no stairs. Very cute personal patio and a large patio area for everyone to enjoy. Right at the top of Main Street - east access to main area other than hill:)
Our family of 4 had to get two rooms as my son is 19 and considered an adult (standard in Italy) and no rooms available that fit our family. We had 2 rooms but on different floors. I booked 5 months in advance.

The breakfast was lovely with great croissants and a nice balcony to enjoy it. They also gifted a Cinque Terre bottle of water after our stay which was a lovely memento.
Getting to the hotel is quite a hassle if travelling with bags. There are two elevators that can take you to the roads needed, but they were hard to find when we first arrived- look for them and do not take the stairs with your bags. Our room was quite dark as we was against the mountain so we had to keep our room light on the entire time which is a bummer in the beautiful Cinque Terre.

breakfast was very good and good value
bed was comfortable, deck was nice to use
located high on hill in town so tough after a day of hiking hills to walk up to hotel. Fortunately the city elevators made it easier

everything! the view from the terrace was amazing, the staff was super helpful (they allowed us to leave our bags before the check in time and due to be delayed on our way back from a trip they also carried our luggage 2 floors and left them on our room ). In addition, the breakfast was also super tasty.
We walked up the hill with all our luggage ( around 60- 90 steps) when we arrived without knowing that there was a public lift next to the church that could be used to go there. but that was on us, it will be good to be informed about it :)

Steep walk up - make sure and get the lift located by the church!

Staffing was very nice and accommodating. Very helpful upon check in and check out. Breakfast was nice. The view from the room to the ocean was amazing as well.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, unfortunately. Tossed and turned all night. The walls seemed to be very thin as well. We could hear the people in the room over yawning in the morning. Hallway traffic was loud as well. Very narrow bathroom (which may be expected in Cinque Terre, as we are first time travelers), so that may not be a knock against the place. A/C ran well once you could figure the modes out.
The biggest issue was simply the bed for us. In 3 nights we did not get any quality sleep with the springs pressing up on our joints and nerves. Lovely town and lovely staff. The bed takes nothing away from them!

rooms weren’t welcoming
