Clean and hospitable staff at the reception during check in (late and last min ca 10.15pm)
No toiletries provided in the bathroom. Tried to call reception but no response and only in Spanish.
TV volume - can be adjusted
Understandable so as not to disturb the ‘neighbours’ but is inaudible.
Thin walls - hence that explained why the tv volume can’t be adjusted. Apparently, there seemed to be groups of middle/high school students. Slightly rowdy.

Location, room, pools.
Breakfast was not enjoyable.
Mass produced and low quality
It is ridiculous to have 'entertainment ' keeping the whole hotel awake until 11pm. Why start so late?
