Location was great. Close to tram etc. Room was on the 3rd floor. We had a large window that we could open to air our the room which was brilliant. Smallish but noting unusual for this type of hotel. Staff at breakfast were great. We would stay again next but it's sold out on our selected dates.
The shower room smelled at little from the drains. This went away after use. Room was a little pokey, but we only stayed 3 nights and had little luggage. The stairs are steep, again not unusual for Amsterdam but had guide-rails. The hotel was quiet at night, however you will be woken up by street cleaning, refuse collection in the mornings.

Location & our room felt spacious for a basic set up! Loved the pub attached & the staff were lovely.
Basic but that was expected so no issues :)

Location, and good room
Wifi was hopeless, no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no lift - had to climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases
