Exceptional staff. Huge room. 20 Euro breakfast was amazing spread. Loved the view of the lake from our room.
Room had a musty smell.

The location, so close to the ferry departures, and close to all the shops, restaurants, bank, supermarket, etc. Our suite had a spectacular view of the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The €5 breakfast was wonderful, and the food in our room on arrival was a welcome surprise.
Nothing, it was all very good.

This place would have got a 10 every time but we did have a little disaster on the last evening with a leaky air conditioning unit. This unfortunately meant that we had a very warm last night trying to sleep. Not blaming the hotel as these things happen but wanted to explain the 8.
The room was lovely, well decorated and comfortable overall and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location felt very close to the centre but without any of the noise you’d expect from a central location. The staff were absolutely amazing. Always helpful and extremely courteous especially when dealing with our little issue mentioned earlier.
