The visit was really excellent. The hotel management and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had only booked the half board, but on arrival the manager Petra was able to offer us the full board option (breakfast and dinner) at a very reasonable price. The staff offered excellent advice on various things including hiking trails, local wines, and other child friendly activities. The children's playroom and staff were also exceptional. Our 3 year old son loved going to the playroom and enjoyed the organized activities.
Everything was very nice. Maybe a few more towels available in the pool/sauna areas....but thats a small issue. Overall, its incredibly well managed and maintained.

La sauna esterna, il centro benessere, la cena e la colazione molto varia e abbondante.
La stanza era abbastanza fredda.

Breakfast should be until 11:00. They typically charge glass fee, if you want an empty wine glas. For this price category not acceptable, They made it for free for us. If you look for some silence: :-(. Kids running everywhere. Nothing against kids, but it should be stated some where. Good breakfast.
Personel tried to compensate our disappointments. Sometimes with a lot of words, but they tried.
Also the taste and quality and menu selection of food for dinner in this price range was disappointing.
The local food on nearby "Berghütte" was better and less expensive.
