Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt und einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Gegend von Graz, dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften und Cafés entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe des Gebäudes zur Verfügung, eine sehr praktische Option für alle, die mit dem Auto nach Graz kommen. Die Besitzerin, Vera, ist aufmerksam und angenehm im Gespräch. Der Preis der Wohnung entspricht der Qualität. Ich empfehle sie!

Mir gefällt die Lage in Andritz, einem netten Stadtgebiet - schon ein wenig am Rande. Die Stadtmitte ist mit Bussen und Bahnen sehr gut erreichbar und trotzdem kann ich in den umliegenden Hügeln wandern. Im Haus fühle ich mich sehr wohl. die netten Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und wohnen im Haus. die Räume sind groß und gemütlich, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Aussicht reicht bis zum Schlossberg oder Plabutsch.
Das WLAN ist ausreichend für den Empfang und Versenden von Nachrichten. Für Filme oder Videokonferenzen genügte es nicht.

Super nett und eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
Aber sehr viel Spinnweben oben an der Decke und Balken. Wie jeder Apartment die man bookes, die erste paar Tage ist immer super kalt, bis die Heizung anfängt zu wirken. Und das keine Sieb oder Schneebesen vorhanden ist fand ich persönlich komisch, für kochen ist das eine muss! Aber eine sehr schöne Wohnung und Umgebung, super schön!
