A great apartment in an excellent location

Lounge apartments was a very comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Krakow. It is just a 2 minute walk and you are in the old town, but the apartment itself is located on a quiet street. Very large and comfortable bed, a little kitchenette and our apartment had a sofa plus two arm chairs. The communication with the host was excellent, we were landing late so were given clear instructions to access the building at the apartment. Overall, a brilliant stay.

The bathroom and shower was a little small, and we ran out of hot water after one person showered. Not a major in light of all of the other positives in this place.

We hebben ons prima vermaakt, mooie stad Krakow, het was heerlijk weer!

veel ruimte, rustig en perfect locatie.

appartement lijkt op niets zoals op het plaatje, bovenste verdieping, geen lift, oude meubels, geen ramen om naar buiten te kijken (dakramen), ontbijtruimte veel te klein, binnentrrras niet schoongemaakt.

Lovely studio room.

Really smooth check in and the room had all the facilities I needed. It is in a good location, not too far from the station but still a quick walk into the centre. I didn't have breakfast, but I walked past it one day and it looked really nice. They let me leave my bags for the day before I left.

Excellent location and clean comfortable rooms.

Lounge Apartments are located very near the rail station and the Old Town. It is about a 10 minute walk (with roller luggage) from the train station (if you go out the correct doors!!). We stayed four nights total on two occasions (one night and three nights). We were happy with both rooms. One room (#18) on the top floor was sizeable with kitchen facilities but no equipment (dishes, utensils etc.). The second room (#13) was much larger with a separate sitting and bedroom area and fully equipped kitchenette. The beds were firm and everything was clean. The breakfast is typical European breakfasts, with buns, cold cuts, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, and some hot/warm dishes of scrambled eggs, fried kulbasa and onions, and/or wieners. Overall satisfactory but not outstanding. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so the host provided a "bagged breakfast".

The scrambled eggs tend to be a bit watery, but we have found that common, so maybe it is a European thing. There is no bath gel/soap in the showers. You have to use the dispenser from the sink. If you are traveling by car, understand that there is no parking at the apartment. There is street parking requiring payment from 10 AM to 8 PM (6 zoltas/hour) or 24 hour parking about 100 m away for 75 zoltas per day. Street parking can be hard to find, but we managed within a block.

Perfect location in the city center, and Old Town, shops, pharmacies, tram stops are within walking distance. Very helpful, friendly and responsive owner and managers. The apartment is of the good size, there's everything you need for a short stay. We were also provided with baby cot and baby seat and our suitcase was kindly brought up the stairs, to our room.

Cleaning could be done a bit better. In the bathroom there's no space/shelves to place the toiletries, and a few more hooks for towels would be of use. Also it's a bit inconvenient to have no sink in the kitchen, so everything (plates, cutlery, if you use the small kitchenette) needs to be washed in the bathroom. And beds were not super comfy.

There was no little bottles of water or shampoo or body wash , when going for a short break with airport restrictions people presume these things would be in your room other than that it was nice place

We had a perfect stay in a beautiful city. And the food was fabulous.

The hosts were just great, helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Very responsive.

Great location, lovely and clean room with bathroom.

- Great location, close to train station, main square, lots of restaurants and bars. 😊 - Very clean room and bathroom, I am usually super sensitive on how clean is e.g. bed sheet and bathroom is, this hit a clean standard. - Warm room, we were even feeling maybe too warm rather than cold, which after a long rainy day trip outside in February felt very good. - Comfy bed. - Great that we could cook and had our little fridge as well to store. - On the first day of our stay we needed to login for our work, the Wi-Fi worked well.

- Our only issue was the shower...for the hot water there were lower pressure, for me was kind of okay but my partner mentioned it was really strange for him to shower that way. Also it was a bit of struggle to find the right temperature as the hot water waz either too hot or felt like it waa getting colder. For the few nights we stayed tho it was fine, and wasn't ice cold showers.

the only negative was that we could hear everything happening in the apartment above us and they were really active between 11pm - 3am so our sleep each night was disturbed.

a correct place to sleep if you search for a place close to the centre square.

arrival was very easy, a private parking is very close. the location is very close to the main central square, as well as to bus/train station. It was a very cold day when we were there, however the heating in the room worked excellently and the water in the bathroom was also quite hot. the appartment offers breakfast service (we didn´t use it)

the appartment had an unfinished kitchen. no place where to wash the plates/glasses used, only microwave and water heater, so inadequate for any cooking. bathroom looked on the photos small but nice. reality is that the size is small, but you can handle it, however it was not clean and the towels seemed to have centuries of use (the white changed already into grey shades). Very disappointing is the outside of the building, it looks like a ruine, however inside things are ok.

Fabulous Trip, Krakow is Beautiful

The property location was fantastic, it really was very easy to find everything.

It wasn’t very clean, the shower had orange mould in the tiles which is very easy to clean! one of the bedspreads also had a stain on! It didn’t bear any resemblance to the photos, this was disappointing. I was also disappointed because I booked for four people, and on arrival we had to pay an extra 100pln per person per night for over 3 people which didn’t include breakfast.

We did enjoy our stay, only a few minor improvements needed to make this an excellent property to stay at.

The lounge apartments are situated in a fantastic location, only 5 minute walk to the old town.

it was disappointing that you only had a kettle and 2 ring tops to use. ideally a toaster and a microwave would have been beneficial, as you couldn’t really have anything substantial to eat before you went out for the day. The shower in our apartment was needing upgraded. Some form of satellite tv would be good if you wanted to come home early some evening and chill, but only polish channels available.

Great Location!

Location was perfect with the old town just a stone throw. The studio was clean and comfortable and very quiet at night. The bed was huge and very comfortable.We had breakfast included, which was a lovely selection of fresh continental meats, cheeses and cereal. Check in and out was very easy.

The facade of the building really let's it down and isn't welcoming, we were experiencing very warm wether for October, but the building felt colder than outside. The biggest let down of our studio was the wet room and hot water. The wet room has water proofing issues, so it smelt damp and the floor was always wet. The black mould on the grout and silicone were not nice and the water tank only holds enough water for one person to really quickly shower.
