Exceptionally well maintained value for money property.

All the features and benefits indicated were beyond my imagination and we're in excellent condition. In bit calm area and accessible to all good visiting places nearby.

While there is nothing which is negative or improvement area but since you are asking I would say morning breakfast arrangement if available would have been better but not mandatory

Perfect budget stay

The place was beautiful..location perfect..every small thing was attended..clean.

The water in the bathroom had a peculiar odour .not sure on that though.

The property is very clean and fits 5 people well. The stay was very comfy. The property has literally every facility you can think of. Its so well planned. Washrooms are very clean. Wifi was good.

The Bfast was good, but needs fine tuning. Eggs is required for bfast. but otherwise it was manageable.

It was not a gated Property. And that I had to climb 2 floors

I bet a thousand bucks if you find a better bang for the buck

This property is a total bang for the buck. Siolim is the next happening place in all of north goa so this place is literally perfect. ambience - 10/10 utilities - 10/10 cleanliness - 10/10 meals - 10/10 price - 10/10 Special mention for the breakfast offered by the property. This was the best breakfast I've had in all my stays. Fruits, tea, poha, upma, patties, omelettes, sandwiches and what not. Everyday was a different menu and so delicious. Portion was enough for 2 meals so we never had lunch after we had breakfast here. I've been to goa 4 times already and this was apparently the best stay that I've had in all my visits. You cannot miss renting this property, its a steal.

I'd really be nitpicking if I write something here, there's literally nothing you wouldn't like about this property.

It's a nice cozy apartment for 4-5 people located in the heart of Siolim. Good connectivity with Restos,Liquor shops,Chemists all at a stone's throw away. Special mention for Vinayak Buryge....Very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.

The most Comfortable stay and professional Hospitality services by Host Vinayak and all his staff. We got a very delicious breakfast with lots of options.

I like everything and i will request Mr Vinayak to think on adding mini restaurant services with limited options.

The host is very welcoming and helpful and the apartment is clean and cosy . It felt like being in a home with the privacy and there are restaurants at walking distance and supermarkets Apartment is cleaned daily which is great

There is no lift but if you are not in and out many times daily it's not bad a good exercise ☺️

If you are a group of friends, he is definitely recommended

The staff was very courteous. Mr. Vinayak is very helpful and resourceful. I would really recommend him if you are going with a group of friends. The location is at the Siolim junction and is nearby to almost everything.

The property is great for a group of friends but not that good for a couple.
