Comfortable bed, big room
Nothing is provided besides the room. There was not even a soap or shower gel. I could give better rating but when you arrive tired and still has to look for a supermarket to buy soap it is very unconfortable. I havent seen any accomodation like this so far. The minimum is a handwash and shower gel.

The room was fine, but two issues (which I communicated to the host. Host was very responsive, apologetic - but neither issue was resolved! See below
1. There was absolutely no toilet paper - anywhere! I'm a 75 year old woman, not a man who can just pee and shake off afterwards!
2. The room was not air-conditioned and the only fan there was broken. The room was very hot when I arrived. Informed the host (and yes, I plugged in the fan, tried all the possible buttons - nada!) Since it was dinner time, I went out to eat. By the time I returned, I could open two windows (restricted in how much), which eventually cooled off enough for sleep.

Fair price bearing in mind location and facilities. Is a small apartment so it would be totally pleasant for maximum 2 people
The Neighborhood at night is a little bit frightening with some homeless and people shouting walking around. When we entered to the building we found some people smoking and chatting in the stairs. However, when you enter to the apartment it feels safe and comfortable. No AC so be prepared to open windows during summer nights (which is unpleasant because of the noisy surrounding area during night).
