Great hotel, centrally located, nice, spacious and modern room, clean, very friendly and helpful staff in all areas, good breakfast buffet with lots of variety, beautiful spa area with swimming pool, sauna and gym, underground parking.
Everything was satisfying for us.

Modern hotel, room was a decent size
Pool wasn’t heated as claimed, room service very slow, delivered drinks with no way to open the bottles. Waited over an hour for them to rectify. Room was ready when we arrived about 1 hour earlier than check in. Had to pay or sign up for an unwanted website to access room. Every other property we have stayed in during our trip have permitted access early without question if the room was ready. Happy to wait if the room isn’t ready, but not sure what else they were going to use the room for during this 1 hour!!

The hotel is in a great location, and was generally ok.
We could hear lots of noise coming from the floor above, like children or people were running up as down the corridor late into the night.
