Great value for the price. I booked my stay here last minute to attend an event at the Royal Albert Hall, which was only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. We arrived an hour before our check in time, upon arrival there was a number left on the door of reception to ring. Staff arrived quickly and allowed us to store our luggage, so we were able to go out and eat whilst waiting without the hassle of carrying our bags. I would also like to mention the receptionist that attended us was very friendly and charismatic.
The room we were provided was very clean and had your usual hotel facilities. The TV was great! It had Netflix on it along with a few other apps so you can log in and watch what you want. I've stayed in lots of hotels that didn't have this option at all. The bed was comfortable as well so I had a good nights sleep. We were only there for one night but I'd happily stay a few nights in that room.
Would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheaper accommodation with everything you need. And if you're there to sightsee or attend an event at the Royal Albert Hall.
Breakfast was a little basic, but still good value for money considering the price. There's plenty of breakfast places available close by if you're looking for more. Keypads were a little difficult to use at night as it wouldn't unlock when we were putting the code in. A member of staff was available though, and helped us get into the room pretty quickly. So overall these were only really minor inconveniences with easy fixes.

The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and it was very clean and neat. The staff are excellent, helped us with everything we needed and were very engaging. It felt like being in a family home rather than an impersonal chain hotel. I love how you've kept the detailed ceilings and charm.of the rooms and enjoyed the paintings on the walls. It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good.
The fact that we weren't staying longer! If the bathroom could be a little bit bigger it would feel more comfortable but it was perfectly usable as it is.

Great location,literally round the corner from South Kensington tube station. Room was lovely and clean & comfortable, had everything we needed.
Staff all really friendly & welcoming - great communication from them prior to us arriving.
Nice continental breakfast included in price - good value for money for a triple room.
Nothing we didn’t like, just be aware that we stayed in room 41 which was at the top of the building, up a number of steep stair cases.

The location is perfect, central to all the museums, train stations, shops and restaurants, Royal Albert Hall.
Reception staff was so friendly and welcoming and chatty.
Spacious bedroom with lots of storage.
The stairs are brutal! We were on the 4th floor. There appears to be no heads up about these and no lift. Not disability friendly, sadly.
Breakfast included but was very basic with no option of a cooked brekkie, that would have been lovely.
