Superb

The Location is fantastic. There’s just 1 min to the beach.

IMight be a problem for people who don't want noise in the night because there is a disco down there. You don’t hear the music but you will hear the people talking.

Miserable and wouldn’t rebook.

The location is absolutely excellent in terms of being close to the beach and the balcony view is wonderful.

There is no air conditioning which isn’t stated however it does make for a very uncomfortable stay. The beds are very uncomfortable. I haven’t stayed anywhere where the beds are quite as uncomfortable. The cushion on them just isn’t sufficient to sit on, let alone sleep on. The pillow is too flat for an adult bed. And there is no escalator. I hadn’t even thought to check on that one and had taken it for granted when booking that there would be. The room picture online also showed a table and chairs that I thought would be ideal height to work from if I needed to work while away however this wasn’t in our apartment and the other spaces weren’t suitable to work from. It felt as though I was saying in bargain basement apartments for not so bargain basement prices and I wouldn’t recommend, nor would I book again.

Nice location, close to shops and beach.

The bathroom isn’t very adequate for a group of people. The toilet was getting stuck when we flushed. Wouldn’t recommend for anything more than 3 people. Cold water in the shower.

Good location, value for money, not too noisy

No hand soap was given, no toaster, the room was very hot as there was no air conditioning. The sofa bed in our studio room was 2 single beds on different levels, not a double bed.

Great location lots going on around, only Thing missing was an iron!

Great place to be in, centre of food and lots of shops. Helped there was a club and bar below, beach is a 1 minute walk which again was perfect.

if you want to check how it will be in the hell, try it

advantages of staying in an apartment? definitely the location and check-in process. And that's the end of it. If you want to spend your vacation feeling sleepy and sweaty, choose this apartment. there is no air conditioning, which was no secret, but I have been traveling for many years to a wide variety of destinations and I know that not every place needs air conditioning to feel comfortable. However, this is not the case here. My apartment was a barbecue due to the arrangement of the windows. It was disgustingly stuffy, muggy, there was nothing to breathe. Nights were a nightmare, even if you try to ventilate the apartment in the evening, after sunset and open all the windows - you won't fall asleep because there's a club under the house, screaming all night long. If there was air conditioning in the apartment - it would be enough to close the windows - then there would be no noise and it would be possible to sleep comfortably. A simple solution to resolve two problems. I slept on the beach during the day on a sunbed and it was cooler than in the apartment at night. Really. Oh and no window/ventilation in the bathroom. I asked for an additional fan, I got it for which thank you, unfortunately it did not help much. Only once I slept in similar conditions: in the middle of the jungle in Colombia, in a corrugated metal hut with no windows.

this building include a disco club and this club is open everyday until 6 at morning with a high sound of music which prevent my children from sleep.Moreover the fridge was so small and does not cool the food good although i informed the owner that we are 6 person .the last thing was the wifi it was so so bad we have to use our private daten to stay in connection .

Exhausting!

Near to beach is all I would say! I would like to speak with someone as I have had a very traumatic time away as the sofa bed collapsed on my 14 year old ankle needing hospital attention!

As above plus crazy noisy & unsavoury activity when sitting on balcony at night!

We couldn't have been more satisfied.

The apartment is uncredibly close to the beach, providing extraordinarily good value for the price. It also has a huge balcony with perfect view

The bed was a bit old and the ventilator takes a few minutes to get started but nothing serious

All night disco and noise from bar customers often till 7am and then somebody moving furniture around for a further hour. Walking up four flights of stairs. Difficulty finding the door to the apartment. Lack of staff for questions. Basic facilities and twin beds. Very uncomfortable sofa and flat batteries in the tv remote Nowhere to park.

Very good location 👌, close to the beach ⛱, restaurants, bars 🍸, all shops just around the corner 👌 👍 😀 , big balcony where you can enjoy yearly morning 🌄 coffee ☕ breakfast 😀 , and late evenings...

Towels changed 2 times for 10 days. Apartament is located near nice the Beach ca. 30 meters. Very comfortable check in and check out.

When we went in there was unpleasant smell, all Windows were closed. The bed (matress) in the living room was uncomfortable. Very hot and 2 weak fans werent enough for 2 rooms 😉

excellent value for money

The apartment was very close to the most beautiful beach and promenade. It was nice. Miguel was extremly flexible and kind. Our flight took of only in the evening, and we could enjoy our vacation until the last minute. Miguel allowed us to check out later and we could take a shower before we traveled. The cleaning staff was also very helpful. We'll be back soon.

Loud nightlife, but it didn’t bother us. Only families with small children might not like it that much.

The beds were fine, good matrasses The view from the balcony (sea at Sideview) Sea/beach within 50 meters

No clean towels during the week, we used ours for 8(!} days. Very noisy at night (discotheque in the cellar), we bought earbuds but sometimes we still couldn't sleep. Hot water from the boiler wasn't sufficient for 5 persons, after 2 or max 3 (short) showers the water turns cold The cooking pans were damaged (antistick layer), not so healthy
