Room was clean and comfortable.
Location was very convenient for travel.
Breakfast was excellent.
Only disappointment was that windows were not double glazed and some noise persisted after bed time.

I love old buildings and this us Heorgian period I think.
Because it is a protected property and old there is no lift, however, it didn't matter as I had a room that was accessed by a flight of stairs.

Very Swish kitchen
could have had some better coffee/tea mugs, but apart from that very well equipped!

Location. Quiet neighbourhood.
Room felt old, tired and run-down with worn out, grimey fittings. Could also have been cleaner - thick layers of dust, dirt and hairs on multiple surfaces, drinking glass in bathroom had dried toothpaste (?) in, drain in bathroom floor revolting full of smelly black scum. Air musky/dusty. Woke up with a suspected insect bite on my back. Beds are small and in my opinion only suitable for 1 adult to sleep comfortably. Breakfast quality - 7/10
