The apartment was way too small. The door was broken from the living room to the corridor. The apartment was very cold. The electricity switched off seven times in the first hour of our visit. We couldn't cook properly; we couldn't take a proper shower. When we called the host, she sent us a person who told us that the two heaters we were using to keep us warm were taking up a lot of the electricity. Once again, despite the rooms needing to be preheated, it was very cold in the apartment. Even when we contacted the host one hour prior to our arrival, the apartment wasn't prepared and we were freezing throughout the night. Additionally, the host left us half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people; we didn't have a proper pillow case and the bed sheets did not fit the sofa bed. The next morning, we decided not to come back again to this apartment, and left that morning, despite having an extra night there. Due to the poor condition of the apartment, our curiosity to explore Haro and its surroundings were ruined. A few members of our family caught colds after staying in the apartment aswell.

Good location.

We had to wait outside in the very dirty street because the lady would not give us the code for the key 6mins before 2pm! The carpet in the livingroom was extremely dirty and we had quite a few flea bites after staying here.. The bed in the first room was horrible and squeaky and there was no linen for the couch. In the kitchen there was no clean glasses and there were actual food particles on the cutlery!! Never ever again!! Not even for free!!
