Such a lovely place to stay close to all tourist spots in the old town. Yusuf and his family are amazing hosts and make you feel very welcome. A plentiful breakfast every morning, amazing service each day. My room was refreshed every day and was spotless. Amazing value for money compared to other high prices being charged in this area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse enough. A hidden gem especially as a solo traveller.
Nothing to dislike !

It was a very good stay! Nice and clean room, lovely decorated hotel and very friendly and helpful hosts! The location is also very convenient - the Kumkapi station is in two minutes walk and metro/ferry stations are located nearby.
It is the city centre, so sometimes it could be noisy.

An excellent location close to tourist attractions and markets. The hotel is clean, and the service is outstanding; the owner, Aydin, and all the staff are extremely friendly and quick to respond to any request. Airport transfer rates are reasonable, and the traditional breakfast is good. There is no elevator, so those unable to climb stairs should take note.

It was close and yet not far from the sights. Yusuf and his father were very nice and helpful! They gave us a lot of useful advice, which we took into account. Parking in the area is very difficult, but they helped us and everything was great. We arrived by motorbike and a clutch disc replacement was repaired 400m away at a local workshop in 1 day. Everything is nearby! We leave with very nice memories!
There was no negative!
