Staff were all lovely at reception
Breakfast was really good although weekdays it was a bit hectic and had to wait for a table. Breakfast Staff were brilliant
Room was nice but remained cold regardless of what we did to the air-con setting.
Location is great but be aware there is significant construction next door which starts early on weekdays (a lot of noise) hotel contacted us 2 days before our arrival although we had booked a couple of months ago
Cold room, Helsinki is October is cold and a warm room would have been better, disappointing
Noise from construction next door is not mentioned when booking again disappointing
Definitely does not feel like a 5star hotel and we would not return sadly

The receptionist on 14 June behaved badly. And the room is not properly cleaned on Thursday.
