Eigentlich schönes Apartment, aber...

In den ersten zwei Tagen gab es kein warmes Wasser und die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht. Diese Abschaltung war wohl durch den Fernwärmeversorger angekündigt. Uns wurde dieses Apartment trotzdem vermietet und frech gesagt ,dass wir Pech haben. Das Apartment befand sich im dritten Stockwerk, aber der Aufzug war defekt, die ganze Zeit über. Auch das war vor der Vermietung bekannt. Wie ich vor Ort erfahren habe ist der Aufzug schon länger defekt gewesen. Ich bin mit meiner 70-jährigen herzkranken Mutter angereist, die jedes Mal große Schwierigkeiten hatte da hochzukommen. Das geht gar nicht! Ich hätte dieses Apartment niemals gebucht , hätte ich das alles vorher gewusst. Auf die versprochene Entschädigung durch SAS Apartamenty warte ich (30 Tage nach der Abreise )immer noch. Die wird wohl auch nicht mehr kommen, da man mich bei eimem Telefongespräch auf die Firmeneigene AGBs (die von SAS ) verwiesen hat, die jegliche Verantwortung ausschließen. Zahlen darf man also, aber warmes Wasser,Heizung im Winter und einen Aufzug kriegt man da nicht. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um.

We have visited as a family, we had children with us .. and my husband and I didn’t like to sleep in single beds, there were no double bed

-not the beds shown on photos - the lady who gave us the keys was too late, couldn’t find us despite us standing in front of the entrance and was very unfriendly then -some parts of the flat were damaged -tv didn’t work well

The apartment is close to a park and several playgrounds. You can enter the apartment through a locked area where we also could park our bicycles. There was a parking space but only for cars up to 2 meters. The apartment was clean and we didn’t need anything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our balcony had chairs that we couldn’t use, since they would probably break if you sit in them. We booked for 5 people (one child 3 y.o.) but had only chairs for 4. One chair in living room broken and lights in kitchen and bathroom was noisy. Also lot of traffic from road if door was open. Washing machine was so loud, that it sounded like a jet turbine even with door closed. The above was of course annoying but we still liked the apartment in general.

Excellent staff communication. Very helpful with parking arrangement and local tourist attractions.

Blocked shower drain. Not clean look& feel of bed sheets.

Great location, clean apartment and easy check in.
