Die „kühle“ Temperatur im sehr heißen Sommer; die Einrichtung, die Betten waren sehr bequem, und die Bilder an der Wand sind sehr ansprechend

Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist dadurch etwas dunkler und auch relativ kühl. Der Zuschnitt, also die Raumaufteilung, ist recht ungewöhnlich - all dies sollte man berücksichtigen. Wir waren mit den Bedingungen zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch die Betten waren bequem. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf - eine separate Dusche ist nicht vorhanden. Dies ist für den Ein- und Ausstieg nicht optimal, ansonsten aber kein Problem. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und auch sonst haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Straßenbahn und S-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, zur Innenstadt ist es mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur ein kurzer Weg. Auch einige Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, für unseren Aufenthalt war das insgesamt ein perfektes Paket.
