Rental shop, child care and ski school on site will make everyone happy. Our kids enjoyed Beaver Run Ski school for many seasons, it was a daycare choice for our family. You will have one parking space, but keep in mind that Beaver Run does charge a parking fee of $42/night between Thanksgiving and the end of Peak 9 skiing when it goes down to $12/night (the prices are at BR discretion). It is charged by the resort at check-in. If you choose not to drive to Breckenridge, the town Freeride bus and the Beaver Run private shuttle can take you to most places in the town or to the Breckenridge Station to connect with the Summit Stage for more free transport as far as Copper Mountain or Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Loved this location and really like the amenities of the Beaver Run Resort. But the property is VERY tired and old looking. There were several things I noticed. The baseboard heater in the bedroom is coming off the wall. The refrigerator handle was missing (Daniel said it happened with the previous renter and there was not time to fix) ok but there are other things not taken care of. The dishwasher is not secured to the wall and is uneven so everything you open or shut the door it wabbles back and forth. Kitchen supplies were slim. We had to wash dishes everyday just because there was not enough plates and glasses to last longer than a meal. There are no pot holders - we had to use towels to take pizza out of the oven. The property mgr said he would bring some the next day but I decided why bother at that point. How have they not had these simple useful things before. Only one key to the lockers worked. This was an inconvenience. Not sure if prior renters have never told them…. Lastly the pull out sofa bed was horrible. We ended up putting the mattress in the floor because the frame is bent and made the bed too uncomfortable. I suggest the owners live and sleep in their own property. There are other cosmetic issues as well-cupboards are super old, floor in kitchen by garbage can is cracked, etc.

Stayed here for the week of adaptive training at ski spec. Very convienient stay! Condo is a bit outdated, but that didnt bother us. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved the christmas tree and the fire place!

We came into town for the wine festival and Bourbon and bacon festival. Great location and shuttle service no driving. Walking distance to most. Great in house restaurant. Owner was easy to reach out to quik response.

This is it if you are looking for a true ski-in/ski-out condo. Located at the base of the Beaver Run super chair this condo allows you to leave your skis and poles in the locker at the base of the lift and return to your room unencumbered. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and we loved the hot tubs and sauna/steam room. The other great thing is that this comes with an indoor parking spot so there is no need to clean off the car to go to dinner. We didn't check out the arcade, but if you have young kids it is probably a great place to spend some time after being on the slopes.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults and kids ages 4 and 8). There was plenty of room and the beds slept great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Daniel was an excellent communicator and made sure everything was ready for us. The location was great and super close to the slopes!

All in all, adequate. First, the good:
- Location - walking to the lift and having ski lockers was amazing
- Bed - super comfortable with high end sheets
- Kitchen - had everything we needed.
- Wood burning fireplace was lovely.
The not so good:
- Furniture (except the couch) and cabinets are OLD (like well over 20+ years) and super shabby - not in a cute way. There is so much furniture stuffed into the living/dining area that we felt claustrophobic
- Bathroom - huge brown stain on the ceiling tile, vanity door falling off at the hinges, shower curtain smelled like mildew, shower did not drain properly, outlet would not hold a plug (unsafe)
The property:
- shuttle service was slow and sporadic
- one day there was no hot water in the whole building and they didn't bother to warn anyone - this meant no hot tubs that day either
- one of the ski locker keys did not work
The owner:
- I requested early check in and was told it would be made a priority. It clearly was not and communication was terrible.
- Communication regarding getting the non-draining shower fixed was terrible, but it did get fixed.
- I left my makeup bag. I offered to pay to have it shipped; the owner said he'd take care of it, and he did - thank you. I hope whoever helped themselves to my expensive eyelash curler and mascara enjoys them tremendously. :(
If you're looking for any level of luxury, nope. If you're ok with shabby but comfortable, go for it. I would not rent this condo again.

Property & experience was great. I’ve stayed a Beaver Run for nearly (10) years. The unit was clean with some extras to show the owner cares. Examples; wine, chocolates, shampoo and condiments.
I’d like to stay again very soon.

The condo is showing some wear and tear -- loose cabinet hinges, etc -- but everything worked well and was very clean. King-size bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the large supplies of shampoo/conditioner/shower soap/dish soap/dishwasher detergent/and pretty much everything else you need. The resort itself is fantastic, and right next to the slopes. Excellent communication from Daniel. We'll stay again!

The resort was doing some construction and maintenance during our stay. 1 of 2 elevators were completely out of order whole time. We had to wait more than 4 mins when it’s busy. We had to move our car from garage because they are doing something on their garage door.
Other than that, it was good.
Unit is old but location is good.
But elevator and parking problem was really inconvenient.

Condo was great, communication was great, location was great! We have young kids so ski in/out and resort amenities are important to us. You can walk straight from your ski locker to the lift in 100 steps (My kids could carry their own skis it was close enough). Beaver Run has great restaurants, pools, hot tubs & arcade. We never even went to town because everyone was happy with the options we had right there at Beaver Run. Thanks for a great stay😊⛷️

We love the Beaver Run Resort property but our accommodations were “tired” and have seen better days. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrendous. We probably got what we paid for though. Our host texted us twice from a number he didn’t monitor so our messages to him went unanswered until we figured out that there was a different number three days into our stay.

This place was exactly what we needed for our trip. To begin, the check in was a breeze, and the staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. This made the transition from car to unit after a long day of travel much smoother for 2 restless little ones.
The unit itself had plenty of space for a family of 4 to rest and relax after a long day of travel or skiing. It was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. Everything we needed from linens to pack 'n plays were all out and easy to locate.
The proximity to lifts, ski school, and downtown really elevates the experience. After you get all your gear from the ski locker (included), you're only steps away from the Beaver Run chair, Ski School, or the learning hill if you need a quick warm up before jumping on a lift.
There are plenty of activities within the resort that my kids loved, like the indoor/outdoor pool, arcade, and putt-putt. There are also on-site restaurants and bars too for the adults. Best of all, you don't even have to walk outside to get to any of these. Should you wish to venture out, no need to get in your car as you're only a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Main st.
Daniel, the owner, was amazing. From booking confirmation to check-in all the way to check-out, he made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and easy. He offered things to do and recommended a great sledding hill [Carter Hill], the perfect off mountain activity. Daniel shined during our check out process. We left early due to a snowstorm and an early flight the next day (didn't want to get stuck on wrong end of I-70 closure), and in our rush to pack, we left a laptop behind. Upon notification, Daniel was in constant contact with us ensuring we would get the laptop back ASAP.
We are already looking into booking our stay here for next year!

The 1 BR condo at Beaver Run was in great condition and we couldn't have picked a better location than Beaver Run. The main Beaver Run complex across the street has all kinds of amenities including a pool, 8 or so separate outdoor hot tubs and an arcade room -- all of which we enjoyed. Better yet, the Beaver Run Chairlift and a ticket office are right behind the main complex so it is truly a less than 5 minute walk to and from skiing. Communication from Daniel was great, in fact it was better than any we've experienced in a couple decades of using VRBO. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect property
The description of the property could not have been more accurate. This was a spacious condo for two people. Great location to town and slopes. Communication with property owner was awesome. We had a minor issue with the microwave and they very quickly resolved it. Definitely a must stay location.
