The Hershey Vista is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street. Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring in the main living area, guest bathroom remodel, new furniture and mountain modern decor, fresh interior paint, and added recessed lighting in the kitchen, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite! Mitch and Michelle purchased this wonderful condo in December 2020, and they invite you to enjoy staying in their newly renovated "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort. Here's why you will love The Hershey Vista: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore! STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight. SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM The Hershey Vista is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,181 square feet which sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay. WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals. DINING AREA The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more. LARGE LIVING AREA This condo has a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. GUEST AMENITIES! The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store! ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking. COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe. COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village. TRASH ROOM There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying. ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking. THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes. YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more! At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We come every year and stay at The Village because of its close location to the Peak 9 lift, and to town. We park and walk to everything. The check in process was the easiest ever, and the condo was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Very pleased.

We had a great time visiting over Thanksgiving. The unit was clean and well kept. You can't beat the location and the underground parking made getting to and from our vehicle a breeze. We will definitely consider this condo again on our next trip.

Could not be a better location and facility to stay at for enjoying Breckinridge. Condo is comfy and well stocked to enjoy a meal in and relax after long days of skiing, but close enough to all the restaurants to walk if you are wanting a stress free meal. Kids had their own room and tv if they wanted to just hang out. We did have to end up cleaning the oven before using because of something that dripped all over the bottom of it, probably just an oversight of the cleaning staff between stays.

The condo was a short walk to the ski lift and to Main Street. You can easily walk to anything you want to do in Breckenridge. The room was just as described and the view from the balconies was amazing. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

This place was right downtown and at the bottom of a lift. It came with a parking spot and was also right across from a public lot. Could not have been more convenient.

Between onsite parking, hot tubs(4), pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and movie room that come with the condo, the only thing better is location. 100 yards from the Quicksilver Lift and steps away from town. If you have kids, ski school is even closer and you don't even have to walk outside to get to it. The condo itself is fantastic with everything you'll need. The only caveat is you'll need to bring cooking spices, salt/pepper, olive oil/spray as it's removed after every guest stay. Make sure to bring a wine and bottle opener too. Plenty of room for 6 people to stay. You could do 8 with the pullout couch if in a pinch, but it would be tight. Overall, we would absolutely come back in the future. It's located on the 5th floor and has great views.

Wow- Twilla was the best property manager I’ve ever had. She was so responsive all trip, and bent over backwards to find solutions to my questions this whole weekend! We underestimated the lack of parking, and she was able to call around to find us a secure spot last minute- even though we didn’t reserve in advance. Also, the location was literally steps to the main quicksilver lift. Check in and check out was a breeze! We will definitely stay again next year!

First, this condo is in a perfect location for Peak 9 ski lifts. It is immaculate with a fully furnished kitchen and beautiful furnishings in the living areas. The views from all the windows are spectacular. A nice pool, 4 hot tubs and a great weight room are an added bonus. The property manager helped us with every question and check in was easy. This is a perfect condo for relaxation and skiing.

This condo was so comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Breckenridge. The views from the condo of the mountain were fabulous. We loved sitting in front of the gas fire place in the evenings. The location to restaurants and the downtown was in walking g distance or very near free bus transportation. If you are traveling to Breckenridge this condo is a fabulous choice!

Everything at the condo was as pictured and was clean! The location is perfect for walking distance to shops, restaurants and local activities. We enjoyed the relaxing sound of the brook which runs through the complex! We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs on site as well. Owner was very responsive with any questions. We will be looking to stay here again on our next trip back to Breckenridge!

We spent a wonderful two weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and located in the best location (The Village). From the balcony we had sweeping views of the mountains and it was just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Property was exactly as described and was clean and well presented. We had an issue with the heater which randomly in the middle of our stay started vibrating. The agents organised someone within hours of it being reported, problem solved straight away. Only slight negative was the check in check out. We arrived late after a delay and 15+hrs travelling, finding the office to pick the keys up was a bit of a challenge, this could be partly the driver last fault, but offices could be more clearly advertised. Minor issues and would definitely book again when we come back to Breck
