Lokacija primerna za tiste, ki želijo izkusiti bivanje v starem objektu, na način kot nekoč.

Zanimiva izkušnja povratka v preteklost. Lepa narava in pot s cipresami, ki vodi do apartmajskega dela.

Hladen in vlažen apartma. Opečnata stara stavba se ob dežju napije vode, saj ni ustrezne izolacije. Občutek povratka v leta po drugi svetovni vojni.

Stepping back in time and enjoying sundowners by the pool - feels like your very own bit of Tuscany.

We stayed here in 2019, so knew the layout of the estate. This is a historic C15th farmhouse (divided into apartments) in stunning grounds, complete with a beautiful, landscaped pool area. Agritourism means it is part of a working farm, but it is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. We were hoping for the same apartment (No 1) as before but this was not conveyed to the host and was not ready for us. We were given another. (No 5) it was beautiful, rustic and yet pretty. The bedroom was large and airy, with a huge wardrobe. We grew to love it. For a couple of days we were the only guests there, it felt simply wonderful having it all to ourselves. The whole place is spotless and very well cared for and offers stunning views in every direction. It is so photogenic. Tony the owner is lovely as is his new assistant.

We were sad to learn that the wonderful rustic suppers we had enjoyed before, were no longer available as staff had changed. The bathrooms could benefit from a bit of updating and the bed was a tadge firm.

Very good

The scenery of the location is beautiful. The hosts were very sweet and welcoming. It was equipped with everything we needed it although we didn't have the breakfast, you can request for breakfast with small additional fee. There is spacious parking spot, pool also available for warmer days. We will definitely return with friends and family in the future for warmer days.

It was unusually cold and rainy during our stay. Although the unpredictable weather was not our host's fault we were told that the city has a regulation against heating from April and we didn't want to go again the regulation so our stay was very cold and damp. We just wished our stay could have been warm and toasty. It is a very old building so we found it to be a bit dusty.

we booked a cottage and we’re put in a room under someone’s house. plus there was no heating or wifi. still haven’t rece

nothing. we didn’t even stay a night as accommodation was not what we booked, heating didn’t work and no wifi. we are still awaiting a refund.

Relaxing with the family

The space, gardens, and views around us were beautiful. Good for kids to explore. By car you can be in Siena in 10 minutes which is really nice.

Nothing major. Extensible sofa was not that comfortable but we ended up using only the bed in the bedroom.

Beautiful and quiet place - PERFECT for a relaxing holiday

The Agriturismo was perfectly located. The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxation in the tuscan countryside and it was only 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment had a beautiful tuscan flair which we liked a lot. The beds were spacious and comfortable and the bedroom had a beautiful view at the olive trees. The property was huge (garden, pool area). The pool area was clean and provided enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The breakfast was super delicious. They provided a selection of breads, cakes, croissants, jams, butter, fruit, various juices and coffee. Great deal for the price.

The kitchen wasn’t equipped very well (no wine glasses, no cereal bowls, no sharp knives)

Very disappointing 'Agriturismo' affair - very poor value for money - find somewhere else if you can

Plenty of hot water. Owner provided an electric fan on request (due very hot weather). Parking next to room. Helpful regional information offered by Owner.

Room was only 8 metres from road - very noisy. No air conditioning. Shower water leaked into bathroom floor. Fridge recessed into silly little alcove, required bending over to access (be careful not to bang your head). Hard bed will suit some. Nil utensils or plates of any kind, not even 'cup of tea' facilities. I notified Owner (via Booking.com message) I would be bringing my trained, jacketed Assistance Dog - he claims not to have received that, and was dismissive of my explanation about the animal's training level and purpose (I accept that the mental health support animals category is NOT legally recognised in Italy).

The place is authentic and the atmosphere is warm and welcomming. We had kids with us they had a wonderfull time. It is perfect for people who values beautiful landscape, reflection, relaxing in the lovely pool with your family. Perfect location for Experiencing the best of architecture, cultural heritage and the gastronomy of Toscana.

Not bad, but the lack of WIFi made our stay difficult as we needed to do some daily remote work

Good lication to use as a hub if travelling with a car to visit Tuscany. The pool was nice after a long hot day of toyring Tuscany

WIFI was not available at the room. You had to drive to the pool/ breafast area to connect and it wasn't a great connection. No A/C in our room

I'm quite pleased. See any pictures others may have posted.

The host is nice and he speaks English quite well. He will suggest sites to see. Apartment with kitchen so you can cook your own meal if you wish.

Maybe some fruit at breakfast. This may be available later in season.

Different than expected

The appartment was large with big equipped kitchen, washing machine, functional heating. It was clean and Rosy (the owner) was really nice and helpful showing us around. She also cooks the dinner for guests so we'd definitely recommend to go for the dinner :)

We booked a room because of the Toscan rural environment. However when we arrived we were informed that the place is overbooked and we were given an appartment about 5min drive away. Certainly we got a bigger accomodation for the money but unfortunatelly not in the desired environment.

Passable

Good location to reach Siena.

Old equiped room, no functional Wifi, no kitchen at the room even if written at Booking. After claim we got the next day room with it but without matches. No child bed even if agreed with host in advance. There are two different locations. The one with restaurant is perfect and second is close to road and not so nice surroundings.

Perfect and beautiful location in the center of Tuscany for all your adventures.

The location is perfect. All of the hotspots of Tuscany are within 1 hour drive and beautiful Siena 10 minute drive. The staff is very friendly and gives you tips to visit in the area. There is also the option to have dinner on the farm itself, prepared by the staff and it is delicious!

The only downside for us where the enormous amounts of mosquitoes (mid-September). This is nothing Tony or the staff could do anything about. It's just something to prepare for. Lavender seems to help ;)

Everything was amazing!!! Besides the very clean apartment we got, and the excellent location, the owners were the nicest and most spoiling hosts- Tomy is an amazing conversation-man, and Rosy and her daughter who cooks together in the restaurant are such a great hosts and cooks!

I think it’s a nice place when you call to book an apartment or room. so you can ask for the place on the hill near by the pool and not directly by the street! we had a good time anyway. very authentic. with a little bit of work you they can make it comfortable.

Very good

Beautiful location in the Tuscany countryside close to Siena, charming old farm, nice rustic apartments. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant.

We had an issue with the wrong apartment, the owner fixed it promptly and we were very happy with our stay. We recommend to book the larger apartments in the house near the pool - they have more comfortable beds, wifi and are far from the street.

Superb

Very beautiful place few minutes out of Sienna. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The owner Tony is really great. First when we came he gave us map, and told us briefly where to go and what would be nice to see. The optional dinners were delicious where you meet some traditional foods. The best thing was relaxing by the pool after visiting sights 😄 When in Siena you must go to Venchi- the beet gelato in tuscany, and if you like almonds, then you must try Ricchiareli cookies -soft jummy traditionl for Sienna cookies go to La Nuova Pasticceria (jummy and good price)

Real Tuscany experience

Stunnig view from the apartament which was cosy and clean. Birds wakes you up so no need for alarm clock.

Good accomodation with nice view

The view of the farm is amazing. The owner was really helpful, providing information about the area.

Our room was not in the main building near the pool and near the common area where the Wi-Fi was working. The room was near the reception, aprox 5 minutes walk, therefore no WiFi. The room could have some improvements, like the bed,as it was totally uncomfortable, no air conditioner and very old shower splashing the whater in all the directions, including a strange smell. The restaurant is not open daily.We arrived at 7 pm and requested for dinner and we were advised to go to a restaurant in the nearest town(aprox 3 km), so if you don't have a car and it's weekend, might be an inconvenient.
