The location was great. Just around the corner from Baker Street tube so ideal for getting to where we needed to go.
The room was clean and had a pod coffee maker and some cooking facilities but we only stayed one night and didn't need them.
Under £100 in London for one night so it was good value for a bed for the night.
We arrived at 14.40 when check in was at 15.00. After taking ID we were asking for a physical card for a security deposit. I don't carry a physical card as everything is on my phone now. Luckily my husband has a card as the only alternative was to hand over £100 cash!
He then said come back at 3pm for your keys at which point we asked if we could just have them now! He shrugged and smiled and said we could but this should have been offered since we were just 20 minutes before check in and our room was ready!!
The main door to the street was unlocked so anyone could walk in.
The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking and the room was too hot.
Got up in the morning and could not have a hot shower as the hot water was not working in the shower. Had to have a cold shower.
We checked out at 8.30am. The reception was closed so it was a good job we didn't hand over £100 in cash.
