super great central location. super friendly and helpful staff. mini fridge in the room even though it was a single room!
they gave me a birthday card and a bottle of wine on my 40th bday day!!!
At breakfast, the bread basket is on a high shelf underneath the toaster, not very safe. if not tall also can’t see what bread in the basket.

La ubicación, es muy céntrico. El personal de recepción es amable.
La cama y las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas. Se oye mucho el ruido del resto de habitaciones y tuvimos mala suerte con los huéspedes de nuestro piso. El desayuno podría ser mejor, el café y los zumos muy malos.

It is in the very midst of the city, which is good. We could just walk to anything.

Breakfast was fantastic, variety of products and lots of beverages. Localization was great, within a short walk city centre could be reached.
No issues observed apart from the nearby area that was really noisy during the night.

We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel because there is a reall good coffe/bar 2 meters far from the reception.

- Our room door was a bit cover by the aisle/emercency door
- Power Extensions both sides bed's on the carpet floor

Breakfast is very good and ladies on floor /waitresses are super nice and friendly and helful and welcoming.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for seeing Prague - it's within easy walking distance of the sights (we're no spring chickens!), serves a good breakfast for the price, and the staff are very helpful.
The rooms have everything you need - tea/coffee facilities and basic toiletries.
The surroundings areas are (somewhat) cheaper than 500m away as you're not in the old town.
The noise from the street might disturb some. On this stay, we asked for a room at the back of the hotel, or at least away from the street, and it was much better.
Do bear in mind that it is a hotel and if you're a light sleeper, do expect to hear the occasional toilet flush.
Note that although there is a TV in the bedrooms, you are stuck with Czech TV - there is no option to change to original language. This is not a fault of the hotel - it's a Czech "thing".

Close to Florence Bus station, walk 5 min. Also close to historical center ( 30 min walking to Staromestska square).
Shopping malls, Lidl and other small shops around the hotel.
Staff was really kind and welcoming. Very grateful for allowing my mom to check in earlier ❤️ .

We could leave our luggage for couple hours after checkout at the registration desk.

Some toilet facilities was a bit broken.
I personally don't like carpet on floor.
And since building is old, we could hear people walking upstairs.

Good breakfast, superb location
No aircon, the room gets very hot during summer, we had to have a window open during the night and street was very noisy, but I knew it beforehand, so not really a complaint.
