location
Customerservice, cleanliness, price, pool hours- room was not clean, switched to another room this one, we found cockroaches, in the evening. Staff sent someone to spray with Raid, no apology, just an offer to switch rooms again! Desk chair in room had 2 missing wheels. Mattress overly soft.
And for this room we paid 3000 pesos.
Pool closes too early, staff ignores you, but they do come and tell you to leave when they’re closing.
