Minunat!

Totul a fost frumos și personalul foarte serviabil. Toată lumea a fost foarte primitoare, micul dejun pregătit mereu cu grija și suficient de bogat, flori pe mese,o ambianta caldă și liniștită.Toate monumentele importante la 5-7 min de mers pe jos de la hotel.

1.Miros îngrozitor în baie, mi s-a spus ca de la produsele chimice folosite pentru curățarea băii. 2.Camera a fost mai mică decât așteptările mele.

A very enjoyable short stay.

Central location, great view from rooftop, friendly staff.

Had an ongoing issue with the toilet not working, water continually running into pan and cistern not filling, so it wouldn’t flush. Told the staff member on duty, but he said it was no problem.

We had a memorable holiday.

The location was very central. Most attractions were walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and had a sea view. each and every staff was very helpful starting with Isa who was my main point of contact before I even reached Istanbul. He made sure all my reasonable requests were met. I would definitely book this hotel if I go to Istanbul again. Five stars to the staff of this hotel who made sure our stay was comfortable, like a home away from home.

The shower door in our rooms bathroom was not closing properly and hence every time we showered there was a pool of water outside.

loved the location with only a gradual incline getting to or from the hotel. attractions within 5-10 min walk

small but quaint. rooftop terrace offer a great view of Haga Sofia we got a room with a balcony which was great when the sun came out

access from main road was difficult for pickup n drop off but the hotel staff were very helpful with our luggage

Awesome stay

Very good location, the hotel is small boutique and perfect for couple to stay. Very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The terrace view is speechless. Very impressed by what I paid, I would recommend it and be back again without hesitation.

The perfect place to launch Istanbul exploration trips from.

The location is absolutely perfect, close to the sights, bazaar, shops and tram. Walking around the area is very pleasant especially when you always have Hagia Sophia in the backdrop and the terrace is beautiful. Reception staff are quite professional, especially Rafshan and Iyotan who were more than willing to help in any questions or inquiries and they facilitated an early check-in.

Highly Recommend

We were upgraded upon arrival and the room was gorgeous and clean. Our view was of the Bosphorous river but the terrace afforded gorgeous views of the Aya Sophia as well. It's in a very safe and central location, within walking distance of Sultanahmet Square and all of it's sights. There's plenty of food and transport around, and the Grand Bazaar is about a 15 minutes walk away. The staff was warm, attentive, and respectful. I can't recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back.

The location was great near to tourist attraction, restaurant are easy to find, the staff are friendly and informative

Wish the breakfast could be varieties e.g sausage, potatoes etc (at my time the hot meal wasnt available)

Great location and views, thoughtful staff, good breakfast, easy access to many historical venues.

Easy access location to all historic venues and sights. Kind and accomodating staff providing touring and popular areas of interest advice. Clean and charming environment with personal ammenities and extensive breakfast included. Incredible view of Hagia Sophia to boot.

Almost nothing to remark. Just the view.

They charged 1 night in my crefit card before my arrive, even when I had selected payment in tge hotel. Thwy did not accept the mistake and never try to solve tge priblem. One of the "atractions" if the is the breakfast in the terrace. But is a "joke". You have to take the breahfast downstairs and then take it with you and go uostaurs.

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for it location, comfort and the great staff.

Our room was even better then expectations.

A great property with plenty of room on the terraces. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were a great help with our tour planning.

First time here maybe not the last time?

This hotel is perfectly located in the old city. We were close to everything. The roof terrace views were spectacular. The sea view room allowed an open window vista. What a busy harbour!! Breakfast was fine and proximity to restaurants and cafes excellent. Very important though the hotel is only 30 metres to the commercial laundry. The hotel offered pickup service from/to istanbul airport.

Superb

Staff are so helpful and thoughtful. Location is really convenient to all the main sites in this part of Istanbul. The view from the rooftop was stunning! A great price too!

The hotel is in an ancient part of the world, and the plumbing is pretty old, so understandably, it can smell a little bit. Fresh juice would be a great addition to the breakfast!

Perfect location, staff and facilities.

Amazing and helpful staff. They were great with everything and they tried to make us feel at home. Location was perfect, you have everything just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was perfect with a lot of variety including salty and sweet things. They also have a nice rooftop to have your breakfast on and to spend your evenings socialising and having a drink with a wonderful view Room was comfortable.
