The kids loved the pool area.

We were given no information at check in on kids club or using any of the facilities. I even had to ask the gentleman who checked us in which direction our room was in. We organised a babysitter for 4 hours during our stay so we could go for dinner only to be told that no outside people are allowed in the hotel. Apparently it's for security but surely taking people's details should be enough, they were from a reputable babysitting agency in the area not a stranger off the street. We were told that we are the only people to have ever tried to have a babysitter come into the hotel which I find to be a ridiculous lie. Rooms are run down, the cleaners only change the bins they never cleaned anything else whe we were there.food and drinks average at best. And you can only use cash inside the hotel, which is just so inconvenient these days. Would have been nice to have been told this at check in so we could getting cash out but instead just trying to get a bottle of water turned into a walk down the street with 2 toddlers to get money out. For a kids friendly hotel, they don't make like that easy for people with children.

The entertainment for both kids and adults was absolutley amazing! The pool area was great for all kid ages. Jose at reception was amazing and very helpful.

Our room was not cleaned for 6 out of the 8 days we stayed, not brushed once, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll. Food was very repetitive same thing every night.

excellent for families great shows and pools and slides mean there are plenty for kids to enjoy

having to be down queueing for when the sun loungers are put out because if you aren’t down for then you don’t get a lounger

The entertainment for the kids was excellent

good entertainment and really friendly staff.

the food was to monotonous, the grilled fish was nice however the red meat was often pork which I don’t consume. the veggie options were not that good. the pool got pretty dirty during the day.

Brilliant place for family with kids, planty activities for kids.

I would recommend to anyone with kids they have a the best time from the minute they get in there to when they leave

seemed very tired and a chaotic environment. No space at all, we spent one hour by the pools and went to a different hotel.

lifts were not working

everything is convenient in relation to the children. childrens bathroom, buggy’s for use, secure front door, nobody allowed on property that isn’t a guest, fresh food available, laundry facilities etc

can’t really fault it
