No tienen desayuno si uno sale temprano. No ofrecen ni siquiera un snack y me cobraron tarifa con desayuno de todas maneras.

Fuimos temprano al desayuno y no tenían nada de comer. Con suerte tomé jugo. Principalemente, me quedé en hotel pensando en desayunar antes de mi reunión laboral. Pésima experiencia

Room was comfortable, clean, and warm atmosphere. Good Bathroom, and all very clean. The hotel is small, but very well decorated, giving a comfortable business atmosphere. Good buffet breakfast.

the staff was very kind, great attitude.
the bed was terrible, the matress was a disaster. old and flat pillows. Didn’t have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Very good located for our purpose that was get the van for valle nevado next morning.
The room was a lit bit old, seems used and sometimes this age appears to not be clean, I don't think it was the case. But it was quiet with a good shower and bed, it did the purpose, be close to our van to Valle Nevado in the next day.

The public spaces of the hotel are poor and need renovation. The hotel, in general, needs to be updated and refurbished.
