My family hated it. We should be refunded money.

The Pool was closed throughout my stay. I should receive a discount. The rooms were a difficult walk uphill from reception. The was a nest of flying biting insects by the doorlock that swarmed when we opened or clised the door. It took them a full day to sort that. One male receptionist (non Thai) was rude and dismissive.

La playa casi exclusiva y el personal siempre muy atento.

No te explican bien que cuando dice vistas al jardín temes las habitaciones a 300 o 500 mts en subida. No tienen piscina siempre en reforma. No tiene servicio de bar desp de las 16 hrs. Para cambiarnos de habitacion para una más cercana por problemas en las rodilla te cobran 1000 bath por día Te lo tendría que explicar y poner el mapa de las habitaciones, y eso que nuestra habitación era deluxe. OJO MIRAR BIEN ANTES DE RESERVAR.

All in all, it was one of the best places to spend three nights on the island

The place was very beautiful and special

It was difficult to get to and from the rooms due to the lack of an elevator and the steep slope.

The toilet flooded at one point and whilst the team were quick to “clean” the mess, the cleaning standards were unsatisfactory with only towels used to mop the water and air freshener used

Not what we expected

The view from the front row bungalows is amazing! Some of the staff is really helpfull.

Distance from the pier. How steep the paths at the resort are. The path you had to walk to get to the resort involves a very narrow bridge made of three wooden planks. To get to the resort you have to walk the last part over the beach, there is no path, that gets very dark at night. The swimmingpool has no ambience, no pool bar and hardly any sun. Sure you can swim, but there is no one there, it feelsl like you entered the twilght zone. You cannot put anything on your room, not even breakfast. The majority of the bungalows are a steep 10 minutes away from the reception; we upgraded our bungalow, so we could be closer to the reception and not be out of breath everytime you go to your room. could go on... but I have only one advice, really consider booking somewhere else and paying some extra. Or book an other island and do a PhiPhi tour from there!

One I’ll never forget

The staff are all so friendly, the beach and views are breath taking. We had a sea view and could not fault our room at all. It is a little walk from the main pier but there are always taxi boats available however the walk is not hard and you get to see a lot of Phi Phi that could be missed if you stayed right in the centre. We were celebrating my birthday and for my arrival, the hotel decorated my room which was such a lovely surprise!

Amazing location & views

Amazing, the views were unbelievable. Room very clean. Staff nice. Very bad centre walk along beach in nice to be away from noise but not too far to get a water taxi. Beach looks at maya bay AMAZING. Great value for money. Make sure you get the sea view room

Poor and disappointing

We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was amazing. We decided to come back again and are hugely disappointed and we couldn’t wait to leave. It has gone very down hill. First, why isn’t the pool, massage or bar open? This is advertised on your website so that is false advertisement. We came for Phuket and I waited to have a massage at bay view resort to find it closed. Then, the rooms were filled so bad with ants everywhere! The bar man, rude and cocky. We was ordering food and drinks, we only got to two drinks on the order and he was rude and cutting us off and did not want to serve clearly.

Nice little private beach in a quiet area

Staff at breakfast and lunch were rude. You have to pay for breakfast in the moment in cash which is a bit ridiculous so we had to walk back to the room and get money (the place is quite large so it’s inconvenient). Facilities overall were a bit worn

Besutifool view but not a good resort

The resort bungallows has a beautiful view for the sea and the bay.

The resort can not access by foot although the Google show the routes. The last 300 m you have to walk in the sand with your luggage. You dont book premium delux bungallow because it is the B site of the resort and very far and you have to hike a lot.

Beach front!

If you are after beach front and beach front only, this is for you!

Let me reiterate this resort is facing a beautiful beach. But the food and drinks quality was below par. Also reception staff are quite rude.

Nice location, lovely beach, be prepared for lengthy walks.

The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, massive bed, all have balconies and the bathrooms are excellent. The air con is very good and the shower has good pressure. We had a Luxury Sea View and you could see the sea - through a lot of trees. We had an issue with one of our suitcases so the maintenance dept. loaned me some tools to fix it - very helpful.

You need to know a few things about this resort. It is huge, you could be staying far away from reception/beach so check on arrival or put it in your notes. The path from Tonsai Pier runs out 150metres from the resort so the last bit is a walk on the beach - not good if carrying suitcases or children. I advised when booking it was for a 25th wedding anniversary, but nothing was mentioned when arriving and no special arrangement of the towels, or flowers in the room, which felt like they hadn't seen or read the notes.

This place has spectacular views.

No food options nearby. Resort food was disgusting and overpriced. Pool was in poor condition-broken tiles. Pool bar closed. Bathroom needs refurbishment.

The view

The accommodation set on hillsides not good for people with mobility issues. The rooms not as nice as on website ..very dated need a lot of work doing to them. Main door had big gaps around it , fly screens not fit together..any bugs can get in. Pool bar and pool restaurant closed since covid but still advertise it as open. No restaurant apart from breakfast time..no bar just a fridge behind reception. All facilities still advertised as been open. Lots mosquitoes even though they say fumigate

Give this a huge bodyswerve

Built on the side of a mountain. Even the lower chalets are not easy to get to even if you are reasonably fit. More.like.being on a tough mudder weekend than on holiday. Never again.

We ended up getting an amazing sea view room which we were not expecting. the bed was very comfortable and the netted door and windows to keep mosquitoes away was helpful.

quite a distance from the reception to your room, the rooms are based on the hillside. shower was also cold.

GORGEOUS ocean views but be prepared to walk anytime you want to go somewhere.

GORGEOUS ocean views. nice separate bungalows. grounds are meticulously kept. super quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

the walk into town was cute & picturesque at first, but after 5 days with rain everyday and non stop construction on the walking paths the novelty wore off. plus, being a solo traveler since it was a little far off the beaten path I felt like I needed to return to my place shortly after sunset.

The view is excellent Super friendly staff that will do anything to make sure you have a good stay

Wi-Fi and TV weren’t working on our first night so we had to change rooms Breakfast wasn’t great Short staffed (which resulted in burned out staff)
