Spacious room with a lovely view of Palace Square. Feels more like being a guest in an historic welcoming home than a hotel stay.
Very quiet, and a very helpful desk staff for information and recommendations.

Location is fantastic. I booked the single room and it was of a decent size although the bed was a small single. Room was clean. In the corridor outside the room there was a plentiful supply of hot/cold water and a fridge. Restaurants, coffee shops and a small store are all next door. All was nice and quiet during my stay so I could sleep well.
Shower needs replacing, it is very old and broken. I had to hold the shower head in my hand to get a shower.

Location excellent!
No air con. No fridge in room. Only in hallway. Extremely basic accommodation. Lift to top floor VERY slow!
