We stayed for three nights. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the old town. There is adequate parking nearby, 2 minute walk to the hotel from the port car park, some free spaces are available occasionally, blue line parking is free until 3pm, and from 3pm onwards costs 10 euros per day.
Great view of the harbour if you book a room with a sea view.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.
A little disappointed with the room, it was dated and in need of a refurbishment, the bathroom shower wasn't great, functional but low water pressure..

The location, friendly reception staff and very helpful
Would have been nice to be informed from the beginning that the water in the fridge was not complimentary and staff at breakfast were unprofessional using their mobile phones instead of being more attentive to customer demands.

Location.
Breakfast already removed by 9.45 when we arrived even though it said until 10.00.
