The receptionist was very helpful. Initially, we could not open the room windows, and he changed the family room to two connected double rooms. He was very kind and attentive. The hotel itself is located in a convenient area with many shops and restaurants nearby. It is also a short ride to Gare de Lyon , which makes our next part of the journey easy. Great value for money.
The building is a little old and the carpet is old. Some rooms' windows cannot be opened.

Very good value for money in a quiet suburb, near Metro for our location, great bakers/coffee nearby and a couple of restaurants suitable for first night stop..
A bigger pillow, but good sized bed for overnight stay in accessible area for moving on.

Overall nice layout and common facilities. I stayed in this Kyriad earlier, and the room was OK as well. But this time the room on the 4th floor was very poor.
The 4th floor room (duplex with a narrow spiral staircase) was very poor. Dirty floor carpet, no bedside lamps, windows don’t open and no way to control the temperature of the central heating.
