beds were comfortable, the glass security door at the top of the stairs gave us peace of mind and blocked out all the noise from downstairs. The staff were lovely. Water pressure was great. The staff on the desk and in the bar were so lovely and helpful, when I went looking for a cup of tea one evening. Thank you. I will be back to stay again.
Couple of little things - Toilet seat was loose, the air vents in the bathroom needed a good clean, the safe was broken and unable to be used, there wasn't a kettle or a fridge. We were a little confused as one person on the desk said that there aren't fridges or kettles in any of the rooms, whilst another person we spoke to on the desk, said there should have been one in our room. Will be mindful not to pack too much next time as those stairs are hard going with a heavy suitcase.

The staff member who checked me in was really helpful and solidly supportive & professional. I was very distressed about a flight cancellation and he was really calm and very supportive. I was only there for one night. I have decided to return to the hotel for a real holiday and I will be booking soon.

The room and the hallways were clean and quiet. The location is pretty close to the UNSW campus with a Coles nearby. It's only 10-20 minutes walk away from most part of the campus.
The size of the room felt a bit small given the per night rate. The rooms are on the first floor which can be accessed only by two flights of stairs.
