The location was great and it was a beautiful apartment. Decorated well and very clean.
The check in process - we hadn’t received self check in details and when we tried to call at 5pm the helpdesk was closed with no other contact number. So we had to go via booking.com customer service. There should be a 24/7 number. The check in process post 6pm should be more robust and I would suggest a secure app for the ID and security deposit process rather than relying on email.

It was centrally located. The room was exceptionally clean. Beds were pretty comfortable and the apartment was well provisioned.
We had a two bedroom but with two teen boys it would have been nice to have the option of two singles instead of double beds only. The location is very central, but it does mean that there is a lot of rubbish near the entrance and some street noise.

Well-equipped and comfortable property in an excellent location, walking distance from train station, a very good place to stay.
Slight background smell to the room, fridge had been turned off so there was water from the ice-box all inside and on the kitchen floor, the reception is in a different building and is not manned outside working hours (so unable to speak with anyone face-to-face).

The apartments are in a great location.
Very modern and comfortable.
None of the TVs had signal, housekeeping came in but couldn’t fix it and I received a message that maintenance would look at the issue but no one else turned up and the issue was not fixed.
We booked an apartment got a home away from home so we would go out during the day and relax on the night. Made it harder with no TV. Also all the fans are pointless as the higher setting is very slow so didn’t help when trying to sleep.
