Let down by facilities

Grassington and Wharfdale, Good shower and reasonable kitchen

Noisy street, especially early morning, uncomfortable settee and very poor tv with few channels and no working streaming apps

Nice location disgusting owner

The house was clean and tidy it was in a good location

On arrival we parker in the designated places outside the house we were then told by the lady who lives across the road that we can't park there even though the ad said it had private parking so we had nowhere to park all week as the whole area is private parking the was not a good start and made our hold a lot harder as we have a 4 mouth old baby and needed to park close. Then at the end of our holiday we were trying to get out the property as quickly as possible but our 4 mouth old had had a bad night with the heat putting us a bit behind we were only 10 mins late out altogether but when we were putting things in the car we were only 1 minute behind at this time and the cleaners -who we later found out were the owners- started rushing us out and were rude to my wife. There was no way we could have gone faster as our baby was still in a bad state and we were very stressed and tired already and instead of being understanding of our situation they were just rude and basically pushed us out the door. This is unprofessional, rude, and a very bad end to our holiday. we were trying to leave when the man who claimed he was to owner came back out and I could see that he swore under his breath so I asked what his problem was he said they needed to be in by 10 I said we had a bad night with our baby and you could be a little more understanding of that instead of being rude he then proceeded to get aggressive in his tone I said that no way to act and I will report him to the owner he then laughed and said he is the owner he then walk away saying rude thing under his breath again I said this is noway to act and they way he a spock and address me is disgusting he then proceeded to laugh and say steady on tiger in rude and condescending way I would not recommend using this place as there are plenty of other places in the area that most likely will not have apparent rude and disgusting behaviour owner

The cottage is lovely, so cosy and comfortable. The location is superb just off the high street with all the shops and cafes. Loads of fantastic walks right on the doorstep. Definitely exceeded my expectations, such great value for money.
