It was absolutely amazing being closely located to restaurants, shops and the underground stations.

The apartment is located very close to bond street underground station and not too far from Oxford Circus underground. It is ideal location for shopping and is perfect for couples. The check in process worked magically all communicated electronically.

It would have been nice to have one or two washing detergent tablets in the apartment similar to the complimentary tea and coffee. We only had to do a single wash in the 5 days that we stayed there.

Céntrico pero cómodo solo para 2 personas

La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento, céntrico y muy cerca de una parada de metro.

El sofá cama es una tortura para dormir en el, se te clavan los muelles y el edredón es muy fino y no hay más con lo que taparse, pasas frío. Las sábanas del sofá cama están viejas y sucias. La cama doble estaba bien. Me cobraron 45 euros más de lo contratado con Booking por “el tipo de cambio”.

Fantastic value for money

Fantastic location and so we'll equipped, you could live here permanently. Slightly dated but makes it feel even more homely. Kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing and there is even a washer/dryer. I've stayed there twice now, first in a studio and then in a one bed apartment, both fantastic. Also the bed was super comfortable. For me it was fantastic value for money.

If you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs as it's slightly noisy, as it's above restaurants so it can be a bit loud also considering location, but gets quieter 11pm-7am.

Location was great for everything besides sleeping, but staff was helpful in trying to find a solution

Location was good, although a bit hard to find when checking in after hours. Staff was very helpful in attempting to remedy my poor night’s sleep.

So loud! The windows provided no soundproofing, so the bats and restaurants on the street attracted and created so much noise all night long. People were sitting outside until 3am and then the recycling (glass bottles) got picked up around 4. Traffic going by, cars honking, loud music, and setting up and tearing down if all the sidewalk cafe tables and chairs made it impossible to sleep.

Perfekte Lage, super sauberes Appartement, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Besser geht es nicht !

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Total nett, dass Wasser, Saft und Snacks bereit gestellt wurden. Die Lage ist großartig. Es ist so zentral, dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es sind sehr gemütliche Restaurants und eine Weinbar in direkter Nähe.

Und hat alles gefallen. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Fabulous location

Best location we have stayed in from 6 trips to London. Just brilliant. Close to shops, busses, tube & food options. Old apartment block but renovated. Above restaurant. No noise issue as street below is a pedestrian walkway. Felt secure. Code initially given for communal door. Clear instructions on collecting apartment keys from lock box in hall way. Provided with 2 sets of keys, so husband & I could come & go separately when required. Clear communication close to arrival. Welcome pack (nibbles & drinks) greatly appreciated. Thanks. Would definitely stay again.

No elevator but knew this in advanced. The location is worth the hassle of carting luggage upstairs. Stairs concrete and bland. Purely an aesthetic issue. Bathroom grouting grubby, but not disgusting. Some of the edging for veneer in cupboards falling off. No inconvenience for staying though. No response from an early (10 months before stay) request for a level one room. Was emailed saying someone would contact me but they never did. A request in the week prior to stay ensured we had a level 2 and not level 3 room.

not worth the price, awful experience and you might not got what u paid for.

awful experience. we got stranded outside the building at night even though i informed them about my arrival time. i had to walk all over with my suitcases to find a hotel for the night. really bad communication and would never admit or compensate if they did you wrong. i paid for a sofa bed and never got it.

Location was excellent, in the heart of London. The appointment had all the facilities we needed.

Convenient location and great stay to explore London

Excellent Location and the unit is prepared with OJ, milk and tea coffee and some snacks, which is heart warming. Also there is shampoo and shower gel ready in toilet.

A bit noisy especially its on top of all the nice restaurants , which can be also a plus too.ost of the eateries downstairs are nice cosy restaurants However the first two nights of our stay , the neighbors above our units are so noisy and the opened the window wide and chat until 4am or the noise came from the street from people still chatting downstairs ? Otherwise the rest of our stay is awesome. Really love the location , close to many good shops and just a minute away from Tube station

Ok apartment in the middle of the restaurant area of St Christopher Place.

It is a centrally located small apartment in the middle of all the restaurants around St. Christopher Place. It has all the appliances you are looking for except for air condition.

The apartment wasn’t really well kept. The windows to the street did not close properly. There was a funny whole in the ceiling. Not what I expected for this price level.

location. and decent facilities

it wasn’t serviced in spite of the name. you could only open 2 small windows so it was very hot. And annoyingly the property managers sent in triplicate an acknowledgement message to my messages but didn’t answer my queries. the safe didn’t work and they did nothing

Pleasant, convenient, not luxurious but comfortable

People in the office I spoke to and emailed with helpful and charming. Handyman Desmond obliging and charming. We felt safe in the apartment, security-wise. Excellent location. Good television and wifi (once TV remote control fixed). Good equipment in the kitchen.

Old fashioned bathroom, stepping into bath for shower tricky for older people. No grips or handrails. Lighting in kitchen area insufficient. Drapes on window needed a wash and loose hooks re-attaching. Apartment overall old-fashioned, which probably explains its affordability. Cleaning OK, but fluff under the bed, not what I would call a "deep clean".

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Well set-up for self-catering and plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend this option to anyone.

wonderful location.

The layout was good and in a wonderful location close to shops and restaurants. the bed linents were nice and the cleaning was done to a high standard.

Quite a few light bulbs weren’t working and there was no striker for the gas cooktop. However, the maintenance man was great and he sorted it out for me. Could do with a coat of paint.

Great place for a couple wanting a few days away

It was very easy to find. It is half a minute walk from bond street station. The apartment is small but not tiny and had everything we needed. The place was very clean. It is in the shopping center of London but since we were not on the main straat we heard no noise.

I don’t recommend it for couples.

the location is great , close to restaurants, shops and stations.

The rooms doesn’t looks like the pictures. we didn’t have heating and warm water the second night, and the staff working hours is limited, they don’t answer phone calls after 5pm, if you need something after that, they charge you extra money. if you have big luggages , it is difficult to take them upstairs because there is no lift. it is saying service apartments, but they don’t give any services during your stay.

Quaint and comfortable apartment in a hidden gem location

We were sent instructions to the location of where our keys were, and then instructions of where the apartment was. It was like a fun treasure hunt! The location is a hidden gem just off Oxford road so was super easy to hop around London. Plenty of food options locally. The Ole & Stein bakery was amazing for breakfast literally 2 minutes away. The flat was quaint and perfect for two people. It was really clean and had everything we could have needed, especially if we stayed longer and wanted to cook for ourselves. We really appreciated the welcome goodies. Bed and pillows were perfect, bath and shower hot and much needed after long tourist days. The welcome pack explained the heating and WiFi really well. Tons of storage space. We will definately book again.

We could not figure out how to get the TV on. It wasn't a problem for us for 3 nights but if we stayed longer I would have had to message for help with this.

Excellent location at a good price and a well appointed and sized apartment for 1

Excellent location - close to Bond St tube and therefore easily accessible from Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line.
