Nyüzsgő nápolyi környék a már megszokott zajokkal! Remek kapcsolatartás minden tökéletesen működött! A lakásban a két fűrdő tökéletes volt a 6 szeméylnek!

70 steps from street level to front door not mentioned in advert; three of those staying are pensioners. No lift service in the building which made the steps unavoidable each time we left or returned to the accommodation.
Scaffolding around building made it very difficult to access outside area; we understand that the scaffolding was put up at short notice due to safety concerns on the building but we were not informed prior to travel.
Initial advert was for four bedrooms and living room. Layout was three bedrooms and the living room that converted to bedroom

The apartment itself was clean and well-kept inside, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free—the host sent clear video instructions via WhatsApp, so we could let ourselves in without waiting. I had a video of the apartment, but I'm unable to load it. It shows how clean and spacious the apartment is.
The apartment is in a great central location right by the Orto Botanico—everything was within easy walking distance or a quick metro ride. The apartment was spotless and clean, check-in was seamless thanks to clear WhatsApp video instructions, and the host responded to messages almost instantly, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, several serious issues made the stay extremely difficult, especially for anyone with mobility challenges or heavy luggage:
The listing never mentions that the apartment is on the 4th/5th floor with NO elevator. We had six suitcases and my mother uses a mobility aid; she was unable to climb the many flights and had to wait downstairs for us to view the apartment.
The stairwell has numerous loose and damaged tiles, some handrails are broken, and the walkway flexes when walking.
The entrance foyer has large holes in the walls and ceiling (I have video of this). The whole building feels unsafe and in urgent need of repair.
Some amenities were missing: no 24-hour front desk, no airport shuttle, and very slow, unreliable Wi-Fi.
We contacted the host immediately upon arrival, but the lack of a lift obviously couldn’t be fixed. Future guests—especially elderly travelers, families with kids, or anyone with luggage—please be aware that this property is not accessible and the common areas are in poor condition. The location, cleanliness, and host communication are real highlights, but we hope the listing is updated to reflect the building's condition and the stairs.
