Difficult getting the key from the key safe, disappointed no cooked breakfast, my confirmation just said breakfast included which I assumed meant cooked. Looking at the reviews re breakfast which were excellent this is what we expected so should stipulate continental

Had a lovely stay here, it was really cosy and welcoming. Bed was huge and comfy, shower was lovely and they were generous with the shower products. Mince pies were a delicious welcome snack! Heating was very efficient. Loved breakfast that appeared like magic in the dining area! Owners were welcoming but didn't impose, the perfect balance.

So comfortable, very countrified. Could sit on patio, also added a sitting room rather than sit in your bedroom. Beautiful garden to look at . Loved it . Felt really welcomed by Beverley.

The hostess, Beverly, was outstanding and so attentive. The accommodations were immaculate, quiet and beautiful. This was a great location for visiting family and exploring the coast of Portsmouth etc.

Lovely location and accommodation. Everything was clean, and the host had considered what a guest needed in a B&B. The garden room felt private but close to the main house for breakfast and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

Everything is all on ground level. The shower is superb. AC is a deal breaker. Breakfast is delicious. It has everything you need; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra bits and pieces if you’ve forgotten something. Little snacks and biscuits with a flask of fresh milk. Second time we have stayed and will continue to return.

Pillows a bit limp but I brought my own.

Countryside location but easy short drive to fine village pub. Lovely garden room with comfortable bed and nice shower room. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast.

Having to share a bed with my friend in smallish room!

The property is so well thought out. Everything you could want and more. Lots of tea and coffee selections with a small flask of fresh cold milk. Some crisps and shortbread went down a treat. The shower is fantastic. Love the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc that was provided. Bed is very comfy. Plenty sockets and USB sockets. Plenty room for a few nights stay for 2 people. Breakfast is so good. Set us up for the day. Sat out in the courtyard and relaxed in the evening. Will be looking forward to staying again.

The perfect stop. Absolutely faultless Very peaceful, modern but charming, Beverley had lots of good advice and quick to offer help. In the bathroom the draw was full of thoughtful bits just incase. The heat pump was great. Everything was clean and fresh. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking.
