About this house rental
In the center of Venice, just to live like a true Venetian.
a stone's throw from the Rialto bridge, the famous market, and a few minutes from Piazza San Marco, the Basilica dei Frari, and close to the vaporetto stop, very convenient for exploring the city in comfort, with climate and independent heating, fully equipped can accommodate up to six people, or six friends. Ideal in all seasons, to live in Venice as a protagonist of your holidays.
If it is requested, in the case of only two guests, and, with a minimum advance of two weeks, to sleep in separate rooms, 20 € more laundry costs are required.
We do not make changes to the last minute beds, if they are requested, in any case the sum of 20 euros must be paid to the person who makes the bed service.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT OF VENICE OR TREVISO FROM 11.00 PM THEN THE CHECK IN WILL BE DONE ON THE NEXT DAY FROM 9.00 AM

Comfortable apartment. Spacious and well laid out. Comfy beds. Large family room with great sofas, table and chairs for dining, and a tv. Sylvia met us at the apartment and showed us all around. Alberto was very kind to let us change from 3 nights to 2 when the train strike forced us to change our plans. Great location walking distance to restaurants, San Marco.

We stayed here as a family of four. Property was perfect for us. A central location. Quiet, comfortable beds, A/C, reliable hot water. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
