The area surrounding the apartments are lovely but because of some of the plants like the ivy we had lots of wasps/ hornets on the balcony so couldn’t sit out on a morning, we did have an area at the front which was nice in the afternoon though.
Mia was so helpful and had good info about the beach and the green bus.
No air on in the bedrooms which was ok for us as not too hot in September.
Insects on balcony.

Location, cleanliness and staff where brilliant! Always happy to see you and help you!
Would be nice if the bar was open a little later on the hotel grounds. Beds where also a little uncomfortable. 2 very minor things!

Swimming pool decent, pool area clean
Close to beach
Beds uncomfortable
No cleaning service, just dropped towels
Inequality between rooms of same price - we booked 2 2 bedroom apartments each had different amenities
No drain in one shower
Only air conditioning in living area - rooms have ceiling fan that only works with light switched on. Very difficult getting cool at night
Items missing from room - raised with hotel manager via booking.com no response after several days
