The reception staff were all very friendly and happy to help and give advice. The room was clean and well-equipped and the bathroom really big. It's a short walk to the free beach which was big and clean. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. It's about 30 min walk from the station.
There was a lot of noise from the road out front and the fridge was quite loud, so bring earplugs if noise at night bothers you. I had mine with me and it wasn't a problem. Only other issue was I found the pillows a bit hard, but the bed was comfortable.

Great location. Nicely kept hotel. Great receptionist. Bike rental. Easy street parking at 7 Euro fee for 24 hours

The location is central on the main promemade just across the beach and near many shops
The single room you get a single bed and a very tiny bathroom. Breakfast is on a very nice terrace but very poor poor choice of food and many birds all over. The staff at breakfast not that welcoming or polite
