The staff is great and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and the room was wonderful. Breakfast was very tasty.
Nothing.

Centrally located close to tourist attractions and the Tram.
The hotel is dated. Rooms need to be refurbished. Small rooms. The hotel runs with minimal staff that are overworked. The breakfast buffet wasn’t well stocked and the staff were not coping with the number of guests.

A hotel we trust, year after year ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have been coming to Holiday Inn Old City every year for 15 years, and it never disappoints. That says everything. The location is perfect, close to the main sights, restaurants, and transport, and the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and quiet.
A special thank you to Mr. Fathia, whose kindness and professionalism make us feel like family every time we return. The whole team is warm, helpful, and always remembers us.
Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choice, and the value is excellent. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Old City, and we recommend it with all our hearts.
it's a family trip and coimg yearly to visit.
Every thing amazing
