About this house rental
Our vacation home, located in a quiet yet very central area, offers you the opportunity to spend a relaxing yet varied vacation on the Baltic Sea. The semi-detached house was completed in October 2008 and features tasteful, modern furnishings. The first floor features a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an open-concept living room with elegant seating and a wood-burning stove. Among the many amenities available here are an LCD TV and a stereo system with a DVD player.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms (the larger one with an LCD TV) and the second, larger bathroom (also with a walk-in shower).
The house also features two sun-facing terraces in the lovingly landscaped, secluded garden, complete with a lockable tool shed for our guests, as well as patio furniture and a grill.
We’re happy to provide a travel crib free of charge upon request (without linens), as well as a high chair and a beach wagon.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
In addition to the rental cost, there is a cleaning fee of €75.00 and the applicable visitor’s tax (€2.30/day/person). Laundry packages can also be booked separately.

Hätten uns eine bessere Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe gewünscht; etwas mehr Sauberkeit und es sollte unbedingt auf eine Unzahl an Mücken hingewiesen werden, deren Stiche sehr unangenehm sind.
