Communication with staff who speak only Italian is not possible. Cleanliness insufficient. They charge extra for cleaning the room and changing towels, and you need to make an appointment for this. Heating is poor. They don't take the trash out of the rooms so we were buried. If you need something, the staff will not help, they do not speak any language and are not interested in your questions.

"The location is breathtakingly beautiful and for a fraction of the cost of staying in the larger towns but only extending your drive by 15 minutes! Well worth the extra drive! The photos do not do it ..."
