Terrible, expensive, rude communication or none at all. Very stressful and upsetting

The location only

The property wasn’t even aware we were staying for the dates booked! The jacuzzi didn’t work, nor the washing machine and the pool wasnt available to use! The house wasn’t ready for us till very late into the night and being disabled and 2 females we were left to wait for hours in the car close by because we could not enter the property. We rang the booking company on many occasions for them to tell us to stop calling and blocking the telephone lines. We had flown into early that morning and we were exhausted very hungry and needing desperately to use the toilet facilities. We were never updated at any time when we could check in, whether the property was still available, whether our booking was . It was the most horrendous experience and we paid a premium to have the sauna in use because of our rheumatoid arthritis. It was a very unpleasant stay and we are sending in formal complaints
